We monitor weather closely and will not ship your order unless temperatures and conditions allow us to safely do so. By law we cannot accept returned wines unless the wine is deemed flawed.  If a wine is defective (i.e., flawed/tainted) please contact us at wine@jeanedwardscellars.com regarding replacement options.  Please keep in mind that we may require that the tainted bottle be returned to us.
